Billing and Subscriptions

  • - You authorize applicable charges and agree to keep billing details current.
  • - Plan changes, cancellations, and renewals are governed by your subscription state and provider terms.
  • - Applicable taxes, currency conversions, and payment processing fees are handled under provider checkout terms.

Availability and Changes

  • - We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve reliability, security, or product quality.
  • - We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Free Plan, Trials, and Watermarks

  • - Free usage may be subject to monthly limits on documents, exports, or saved templates.
  • - Free-plan exports may include a watermark as part of product gating.
  • - We may update plan packaging and limits over time, with updated pricing disclosed on public pricing surfaces.

Intellectual Property

  • - Qwyckly software, branding, and non-user content are owned by Qwyckly and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  • - You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute platform components except where explicitly permitted by law.

Disclaimers

  • - The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
  • - Qwyckly does not provide legal advice; users should seek qualified counsel for legal review of contracts and policies.

Limitation of Liability
